Dr. Marie Chan Sun

Dr Marie CHAN SUN is an associate professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Mauritius. As medical graduate from Université de Saint Etienne (France) and holder of a PhD degree from the Open University of Mauritius (Mauritius), she has a particular interest in Public Health. She has experience in teaching Health Promotion and Global Health on medical and public health programs. In addition to being a tobacco control advocate, she strives to promote healthy eating as means of prevention of chronic diseases.
